As a professional stunt woman, former professional dancer and ex national swimmer I am excited to leverage my extensive background in sports and training to help people enhance their lives and feel better in their bodies.
Throughout my career as a stunt performer I have dedicated countless hours to training for various roles, often waking up at four a.m. to make sure I keep my body in peak physical condition during shooting. I know first hand how empowering it feels to be strong and agile, and how freeing it is to feel confident in my own skin.
My passion lies in helping others experience that same sense of freedom and empowerment. Whether your goal is overall endurance, weight loss, increasing flexibility or unlocking the superhero inside, I got you. With years of personal research into health and longevity for my own sake, I am now a certified personal trainer and am committed to continuing to study and learn from some of the best in the industry.
My Approach
I believe that exercise should enrich our lives, helping us to enjoy everything the world has to offer. I am also passionate about injury prevention and this has always been key in my approach to training. That’s not to say that injuries, especially for a stunt performer, do not happen, but strengthening joints and ligaments are my personal passion project.
My goal essentially is to create structured programmes for people aimed towards longevity and living more sustainable, healthy lives. You won’t find any crash diets here or unhealthy mindsets towards fitness. As a dancer, I know how detrimental that can be.
